This newly remodeled main-level apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable location, just minutes from Tennyson Street, Highlands Square, Sloan’s Lake, and Downtown Denver.

Inside, you’ll find bright, open living spaces designed for a relaxing stay. With two living areas, there’s room for everyone—one featuring a fun shuffleboard setup and the other centered around a cozy fireplace and large TV for movie nights and unwinding after a day in the city.

The well-equipped kitchen is a true highlight, complete with double ovens, an induction range, and plenty of space to cook and gather. The dining area comfortably seats eight, making it easy to enjoy meals together. A dedicated workspace is also available for remote work or planning your Denver adventures.

The home features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning for added comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. A washer and dryer are also available for guest convenience.

Step outside to the private balcony, where you’ll find plenty of seating, two lounge chairs, and a grill—perfect for enjoying Colorado’s beautiful weather.

Guests enjoy a private front entrance with access to garage parking for two vehicles.

Please note that the basement unit is rented separately. While the spaces are fully independent, occasional noise transfer may be heard, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of quiet hours.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 20 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
